Ditta Allen, MSN, CRNP, MSJ
Ditta Allen is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of varied clinical nursing experience and seven years of Nurse Practitioner experience. Ditta started her nursing career as a home health aide, nursing assistant, and private duty home care nurse for Home Care Agencies before completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1992, graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. She later went to Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, NJ, and completed the MSJ-Health Law and Policy in 2008. Her love for sharing her nursing knowledge and clinical skills while teaching nursing students directed her to Felician University, graduating in 2011 with an MSN in Nursing Education and finally completed her Adult Nurse Practitioner studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2014, achieving her ANCC certification as a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.

- Director of Nursing, Nursing Supervisor
- Charge Nurse, and
- Nurse Educator
She has extensive clinical/medical experience in hospitals (MEDICAL-SURGICAL, ER, ICU, PULMONARY CARE UNIT, NEURO), outpatient clinics (Renal), private practice (Pain Management), Psychiatric Mental Health Institutions, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, Nursing Homes and Medical House Calls.
She is an avid reader, is concerned about humanity and the environment, enjoys listening to all genres of music, and enjoys the simple things life has to offer.
